Frequently Asked Questions

Explore our FAQ section to find answers to common questions about leasing, property management, and tenant resources, ensuring you have the information you need for a smooth and informed rental experience.

You can apply for a rental property by completing our application form. Make sure to provide all required documentation, such as proof of income and references.

You can report maintenance issues by submitting a maintenance request form through our online portal or contacting our property management team directly. Emergency issues should be reported immediately.

During periodic inspections, which typically occur every 6-12 months, our property management team will assess your rental unit's condition, check for maintenance issues, and ensure compliance with lease terms regarding cleanliness and upkeep. While you are not required to be present, you may request to attend if preferred. After the inspection, you will receive feedback on any identified maintenance issues and guidance on maintaining the property in good condition. If you need to reschedule or have specific scheduling preferences, please contact our office in advance to discuss alternative arrangements.

Your Residential Rental Agreement is a legally binding contract that ensures protection for both you and the Residential Rental Provider. To terminate the agreement, if you plan to vacate at the end of the fixed term, you must provide a written notice at least twenty-one (21) days before the expiration date. When mailing your notice, please allow an additional three (3) business days.
